Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related
- 0-2 years of recruitment experience
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft programs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
