Who you are

  • A strong academic profile (Computer Science 2.1 or 1st degree) supported by strong A level results.
  • Up to 2 years C# development experience (could be combined with University).
  • Experience working on frontend UI / UX projects.
  • Some unit testing experience.
  • An understanding of common OOP design patterns (including SOLID).
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS components.
  • Experience working with Git version control.
  • Dependency Injection and IoC.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of agile.
  • Azure Dev Ops.

Desirables

  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Blazor.
  • Modern IDEs (like Visual Studio or Rider).
  • Docker.
  • Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cross-functional team experience.
  • Microservices.
  • NoSQL including MongoDB or CosmosDB.
  • Rabbit MQ.


What the job involves

  • Develop and maintain new and existing cloud products within the cloud software team while being mentored by a senior developer.
  • Hands-on creation of new services and enhancement of existing services to support product growth.
  • Participate in technology, delivery, and process discussions to deliver value to end users.
