Requirements
- 1+ Years UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing design work and process required. Design systems and component libraries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles. (Cascading style sheets)
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes. Not traditional waterfall, working on multiple things
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Nice to have
- Basic HTML, CSS knowledge
- Agile familiarity

Day to day
- Designing user-centered digital experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
- Collaborate with the design team to develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables
