ICS.AI is one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most trusted artificial intelligence companies, helping public services and other high-trust sectors move from AI-curious to AI-native.

We work with organisations where accountability, ethics, and real-world impact matter, including local and central government, education, social housing, and other regulated public services, delivering AI that is practical, governable, and proven at scale.

The AI opportunity is no longer about isolated pilots. Real value comes from organisation-wide transformation, embedding AI across services, staff workflows, and back-office operations under a single AI Target Operating Model (AI TOM).

Our work spans:
• AI Front Doors for residents, citizens, and students
• Staff Copilot workspaces that augment human decision-making
• Agentic AI to automate high-volume, rules-based processes with human oversight
• Governance-by-design to ensure safety, compliance, and accountability

ICS.AI is recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing profitable AI companies, the 23rd largest AI supplier to UK government, and 4th in TechRound’s Most Transformative Tech Companies listing, with multiple national public sector innovation and service delivery awards.

This includes delivering £7.5m in verified savings for Derby City Council, alongside award-winning AI solutions now used at scale across public services.

We partner with organisations to deliver AI-native operating models, supported by a unified AI platform and deep sector expertise, that scale, are trusted, and deliver real value.

The future of public services is AI-native. We help organisations get there safely, strategically, and at pace.
