Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with HiBob including multi-module expertise across core HR time and attendance time off performance compensation surveys workforce planning and/or payroll
  • Experience delivering HiBob implementations end to end from scoping through to go-live and ongoing support
  • Experience leading mentoring or developing others or a strong appetite to move into team leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence influencing senior stakeholders
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with an investigative approach to troubleshooting system issues
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and how systems support them
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients and the team

Day to day

  • Lead the end-to-end design configuration implementation and ongoing support of HiBob across multiple client engagements
