Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with HiBob including multi-module expertise across core HR time and attendance time off performance compensation surveys workforce planning and/or payroll
- Experience delivering HiBob implementations end to end from scoping through to go-live and ongoing support
- Experience leading mentoring or developing others or a strong appetite to move into team leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence influencing senior stakeholders
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with an investigative approach to troubleshooting system issues
- Solid understanding of HR processes and how systems support them
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients
- Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients and the team

Day to day
- Lead the end-to-end design configuration implementation and ongoing support of HiBob across multiple client engagements
- Advise clients on implementation approach system configuration adoption strategy and people process improvements
- Mentor and develop the HiBob consulting team while setting delivery standards best practice and effective ways of working
