Expert understanding of CE and Dual Write
Ownership of the Dynamics365 solution design and utilisation
Develop and own roadmap of changes and enhancements for Dynamics365
Ensure Dynamics365 improves Customer Journeys and Experience
Provide leadership and direction to the CE Developer
Work with Enterprise Architect to evolve the D365 solution

Day to day

Provide strategic direction and own the design of Insights’ Dynamics365 solution.
Ensure configuration, customisation, and utilisation of Dynamics365 drive process efficiencies.
Work closely with Microsoft to understand future D365 capabilities.
