Who you are
- Expert understanding of CE and Dual Write
- Ownership of the Dynamics365 solution design and utilisation
- Develop and own roadmap of changes and enhancements for Dynamics365
- Ensure Dynamics365 improves Customer Journeys and Experience
- Provide leadership and direction to the CE Developer
- Work with Enterprise Architect to evolve the D365 solution
What the job involves
- Provide strategic direction and own the design of Insights’ Dynamics365 solution.
- Ensure configuration, customisation, and utilisation of Dynamics365 drive process efficiencies.
- Work closely with Microsoft to understand future D365 capabilities.
