Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 4+ years in scripting and development (Shell, Perl, Python, PowerShell)
- 4+ years in formal development (Java, C#, GoLang)
- 2+ years with infrastructure automation platforms (Ansible, Terraform, Packer)
- 2+ years with GitHub, Jenkins usage and integrations
- 2+ years in application solution design and team mentoring
- 2+ years across multiple technology domains
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to Distributed Infrastructure management, Data Protection, Cyber Resiliency

Day to day
- Work within an Agile Feature team in the Distributed Infrastructure organization.
- Deliver a cloud-like experience for on-premise technology hosting using modern development frameworks and tooling.
- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code development with CI/CD pipelines to manage the Wells Fargo private cloud environment.
- Leverage scripting (Python or PowerShell) to automate services for provisioning, deployment, and management.
- Act as a key transformation agent to advance the team's DevOps capabilities with a defined maturity model.
- Review and analyze security solutions, develop standards and best practices, and partner with other experts for complex solutions.
