Day to day
- Lead a team of Franchise Account Executives and drive their success through clear structure and accountability
- Build efficient, repeatable systems that turn ambiguity into clarity and improve team execution
- Collaborate across Drive, Content, S&O, Post Sale, and other stakeholders to strengthen onboarding and merchant experience
- Balance revenue growth, team performance, and store augmentation while staying hands-on and detail-oriented
