Requirements
- 8+ years of UI/UX design experience with expert level Figma proficiency
- Deep expertise in Figma design systems including component libraries variants auto layout design tokens and variables
- Advanced Figma prototyping experience with interactive prototypes micro interactions and complex user flows
- Experience building and governing enterprise scale Figma component libraries and design systems from scratch
- Strong understanding of design to development handoff using Figma Dev Mode Zeplin or similar
- Experience collaborating with front end engineers on React Angular or Vue component implementation
- Hands on use of AI design tools such as v0 Galileo AI Figma AI or Uizard
- Strong UX knowledge including user research usability testing accessibility and information architecture
- Comfortable working US aligned hours for overlap with client and delivery teams
- Strong written and oral English communication skills

Day to day
- Own and lead enterprise Figma design system architecture across client engagements using components tokens variables and style guides.
- Design and deliver high fidelity UI mockups interactive prototypes and user flows for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product owners UX researchers and front end engineers to translate requirements into polished accessible design solutions and pixel perfect implementation.
