Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience with HRIS systems and HR Operations
  • Direct experience administering HR systems such as HRIS ATS and onboarding platforms
  • Strong HRIS administration configuration and data management experience
  • Experience translating business requirements into workflows process improvements or system solutions
  • Experience supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding data changes and reporting
  • Experience with data analysis reporting and data validation
  • Experience coordinating projects or workstreams across cross-functional teams
  • Solid foundational knowledge of core HR compliance areas including confidential information EEO FMLA ACA and COBRA
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute instructions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear guidance on system and HR topics
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Teams and SharePoint

Day to day

  • Lead HRIS configuration maintenance and enhancements for employee data workflows and reporting structures
  • Translate HR business needs into system workflows requirements and process improvements while coordinating across HR IT and business stakeholders
  • Support core HR operations with a systems first approach ensuring accurate compliant handling of onboarding employee changes inquiries and reporting
