Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business and 7 years of experience in Labor or Workforce/Employee Relations
  • 11 years of experience working in a Labor or Workforce/Employee Relations department
  • Knowledge of employee management relations and employment laws including NLRA and NLRB
  • Extensive experience with labor relations principles and the collective bargaining process
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and NLRB processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority

Day to day

  • Lead complex labor relations initiatives that support enterprise business strategies.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert in CBA administration grievance resolution arbitration preparation and workforce restructuring compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership and execution support across the Labor Relations function while mitigating labor risk and advising on high-risk workforce matters.
