Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business and 7 years of experience in Labor or Workforce/Employee Relations
- 11 years of experience working in a Labor or Workforce/Employee Relations department
- Knowledge of employee management relations and employment laws including NLRA and NLRB
- Extensive experience with labor relations principles and the collective bargaining process
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and NLRB processes
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority

Day to day
- Lead complex labor relations initiatives that support enterprise business strategies.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert in CBA administration grievance resolution arbitration preparation and workforce restructuring compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and execution support across the Labor Relations function while mitigating labor risk and advising on high-risk workforce matters.
