- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years building and shipping production Flutter applications
- Deep experience with BLoC/Cubit and GoRouter
- Experience shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play
- Track record owning technical decisions and mentoring engineers
- Working knowledge of TypeScript and React in a Next.js codebase

Day to day
- Own the architecture and technical direction of a production Flutter app while staying hands-on in the codebase.
- Build end-to-end mobile features using BLoC/Cubit GoRouter REST integration and thoughtful offline loading and error handling.
- Support adjacent Next.js API and Directus CMS work and help trace requests from UI widgets back to content records.
- Maintain secure authentication push notification and release processes while setting testing standards and mentoring the team.
