Requirements
- 7-10+ years building and delivering hybrid or native mobile applications
- Strong expertise in Swift and Kotlin/Android SDK
- Deep understanding of mobile platform internals
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex mobile applications
- Experience designing applications that integrate with OS-level and device capabilities
- Experience working across desktop ecosystems and cross-environment constraints
- Familiarity with cloud-connected mobile applications on AWS GCP or Azure
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines automated testing and release processes
- Experience with infrastructure as code
- Strong understanding of application security
- Experience implementing observability and monitoring for production systems
- Experience with React TypeScript or modern web technologies
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States

Day to day
- Own and drive the architecture design and delivery of native mobile applications across iOS and Android
- Build scalable secure high-performance mobile solutions for high-stakes digital assessment and proctoring experiences
- Lead integration of OS-level and device capabilities and guide teams through modular cloud-connected mobile architecture
