- Provide updates and effectively communicate with management and end-users
- Proficient in production support work, including manual debugging of web-based .Net MVC applications
- Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing applications built in .Net MVC, jQuery, and SQL Server
- Write complex SQL queries to meet end-user needs
- Quickly learn and understand applications and databases for data reporting in production support
