Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development in C# and the .NET Framework 4.x or early .NET Core
  • Direct hands-on experience with Claude Code token usage optimization agentic development AI-based defect identification debugging resolution hotfix delivery and AI-based security vulnerability identification and remediation
  • Proficiency with MSSQL including complex queries query optimization schema design and stored procedures
  • Experience maintaining large long-lived codebases including dependency management technical debt reduction and safe refactoring
  • Experience supporting 3rd party SDKs and learning quickly from documentation and existing code
  • Production build experience with Angular components
  • Modern C# and .NET 6 7 or 8 REST API and microservice development
  • PostgreSQL experience including complex queries schema design index design and locking strategies
  • Docker containerization of .NET services multi-stage builds image optimization and orchestration
  • AWS core services experience with SQS S3 and ECS
  • Azure DevOps YAML pipeline authoring environment management and release gates
  • Demonstrated history building and operating software in a customer-facing SaaS product environment
  • Understanding of SRE best practices including response time uptime obligations failure modes resiliency and 12 factor practices
  • Familiarity with agile scrum delivery and iterative product development
  • Strong written communication skills for async collaboration across distributed teams

Day to day

  • Maintain and support a production .NET/C# application stack by triaging defects and delivering incremental improvements to keep the platform stable.
  • Build self-service tooling and modern product capabilities across an Angular front end C#/.NET APIs PostgreSQL and Dockerized AWS ECS services.
  • Design workflow automation features and cloud-native integrations while collaborating with product UX QA and platform teams to ship well-tested secure code.
