Day to day
- Own the design vision for a product area and be accountable for how it performs.
- Design across the customer mortgage journey internal Salesforce tooling and reporting and data visualisation.
- Partner with operational leaders and senior stakeholders to create direction from ambiguity and raise the craft bar.
- Drive AI-enabled design work including prototypes live dashboards and design system contributions.
