Requirements
- Showcase a portfolio of complex web or mobile projects with user-friendly delightful experiences
- Minimum of 7 years of product design experience with strong technical skills in Figma and other tools
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with developers product managers and other designers
- Ability to bring together product sense design thinking and pragmatism
- Strong sense of visual design with an eye for layout impact motion color typography and iconography
- Present ideas clearly concisely and be open to constructive feedback and diverse viewpoints
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who contributes to team and company goals without needing constant direction

Day to day
- Primarily work on net-new projects focusing on the future of our product
- Collaborate with departments like PD Research and Engineering to enhance the product
- Drive craft and design excellence within the organization
- Translate user needs into effortless journeys and intuitive interfaces
- Create beautiful visualisations of data
- Work with a small focused team maintaining a high quality bar
- Share and present your work transparently and frequently
- Pay attention to tiny details to create moments of delight
