Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of technical leadership team leadership or lead developer experience
- Expertise in PHP SQL HTML/CSS JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience designing and developing web-based enterprise applications
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
- Experience leading requirements analysis solution design and Agile delivery efforts
- Track record of delivering complex software solutions in a collaborative cross-functional environment
- Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred
- Experience with HL7 FHIR X12 Healthcare APIs and data integration frameworks preferred
- Experience integrating with major EHR platforms preferred
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions preferred

Day to day
- Lead the design development and delivery of business-critical software solutions
- Partner with Product Managers Business Analysts architects and stakeholders to analyse requirements and shape technical approaches
- Build scalable maintainable web and backend applications while mentoring engineers and improving code quality
- Drive agile story decomposition architecture discussions performance tuning and production support
