Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Master's degree or relevant experience
- Experience in planning within oil and gas subsea or similar large-scale manufacturing or controls equipment environment
- Strong expertise in planning large projects using Primavera P6
- Ability to understand project status and link schedules to execution reality
- Ability to identify schedule risks and opportunities and drive actions
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Permanent work permit in UK

Day to day
- Lead planning for a large subsea project and own the overall project schedule quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with product line planners engineering planners procurement manufacturing and project management to keep plans aligned with execution.
- Prepare lookaheads risk visibility mitigation actions and schedule reports while communicating updates challenges and opportunities to the customer.
