Requirements
- Strong hands-on QA leadership experience
- Experience with API testing frameworks such as REST Assured
- Proficient in Java and/or Python
- Experience using Cucumber and Gherkin feature files
- Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins or GitLab Pipelines from a testing configuration perspective
- Ability to write and maintain automated functional and regression tests
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and test processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a team of mid and senior QA engineers while remaining hands-on in daily test development and execution
- Design, build, and maintain automated Service and UI tests using Selenium Cucumber Java and/or Python within CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers product teams and BAs to define test strategies investigate failures perform root cause analysis and improve overall product quality
