Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce planning resource management or operations management with forecasting or capacity modelling
- Experience managing mentoring or developing at least one direct report
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables complex formulas and modelling
- Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
- Confidence using workforce planning tools and customer service platforms such as Zendesk Intercom or similar
- Experience designing and implementing new processes from scratch
- Experience leading change management and driving adoption of new tools or ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders across Clinical Finance and People
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Clear confident written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Own workforce planning, capacity modelling and resourcing strategy for the clinical function, with scope to expand across Operations as the business scales.
- Build forecasting models, capacity plans and efficiency initiatives that shape how the business is resourced, while also managing a Resource & Planning Coordinator.
- Set up new tools, processes and reporting dashboards from scratch, handle day-to-day resourcing decisions, and support safe staffing and service continuity.
