Requirements

  • Proven experience in workforce planning resource management or operations management with forecasting or capacity modelling
  • Experience managing mentoring or developing at least one direct report
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables complex formulas and modelling
  • Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
  • Confidence using workforce planning tools and customer service platforms such as Zendesk Intercom or similar
  • Experience designing and implementing new processes from scratch
  • Experience leading change management and driving adoption of new tools or ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders across Clinical Finance and People
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Clear confident written and verbal communication skills

Day to day

  • Own workforce planning, capacity modelling and resourcing strategy for the clinical function, with scope to expand across Operations as the business scales.
  • Build forecasting models, capacity plans and efficiency initiatives that shape how the business is resourced, while also managing a Resource & Planning Coordinator.
  • Set up new tools, processes and reporting dashboards from scratch, handle day-to-day resourcing decisions, and support safe staffing and service continuity.
