Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • At least 2 years designing enterprise SaaS systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of data structures and scalable software design
  • Experience coding enterprise systems at scale in a high-level language such as C# C++ PHP Java or Node.js
  • Proficiency in HTML5 CSS Sass Angular React TypeScript JavaScript and REST API design
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL
  • Experience with NoSQL and other persistence technologies
  • Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants and reviewing AI-generated code
  • Strong collaboration communication and mentoring skills
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Well-honed Git source control skills
  • Experience with AWS Azure or similar cloud platform

Day to day

  • Provide technical leadership within a domain-aligned cohort and guide engineers in delivering scalable SaaS products.
  • Own specification quality for complex features and translate business needs into clear technical designs.
  • Use AI coding tools to implement validate deploy and support features end to end while mentoring peers and improving cohort practices.
