Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expert proficiency in Python and modern backend technologies
- Strong experience building frontend applications with React or Next.js
- Proven experience integrating AI/LLM technologies into production applications
- Extensive experience with microservices event-driven architectures and cloud-native systems
- Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD Docker Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
- Demonstrated expertise in testing observability security reliability and performance optimization
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in healthcare technology healthcare data or HIPAA-compliant systems is a plus

Day to day
