Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in multiple technology stacks and programming languages
Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Provide technical direction and guidance on software design, architecture, and implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices within the engineering team, including process optimization and the adoption of new technologies
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring the robustness and scalability of our software solutions
Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, architecture, and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
