Requirements

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is an advantage

Day to day
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Provide technical direction and guidance on software design, architecture, and implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices within the engineering team, including process optimization and the adoption of new technologies
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring the robustness and scalability of our software solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, architecture, and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
