Requirements
- Background in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience building scalable high-performance systems
- Strong understanding of design patterns
- Full-stack fluency across front end database and backend
- Experience with Node.js Python FastAPI REST APIs GraphQL Vercel AWS CI/CD and PostHog
- Experience with React Next.js TypeScript Tailwind CSS Shadcn/ui Storybook PlateJS and SlateJS
- Hands-on AI and LLM experience with automation or product enhancement
- Pragmatic startup mindset with ability to balance testing process and shipping

Day to day
- Act as the first senior technical hire and primary architect for the company’s technology roadmap.
- Partner closely with the CEO to translate high-level ideas into shippable products and modernise legacy systems.
