Requirements
- Deep commercial software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C# .Net
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS
- Commercial experience with Azure Cloud services
- Practical knowledge of Azure Functions App Services Table Storage Queue Storage Blob Storage and ASP.NET WebAPI
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including unit testing SOLID principles clean architecture and change management
- Proven experience using AI to accelerate software delivery without compromising quality
- Experience embedding agentic AI and modern AI tooling into development workflows
- Experience designing integrating or delivering AI-powered features or intelligent workflows
- Ability to mentor and coach a small engineering team

Day to day
- Lead a small team of four Software Engineers while staying hands-on with the codebase
- Use C# .Net ReactJS and Azure to build and enhance a real-time risk analysis platform
- Embed AI tooling and agentic workflows into the software development lifecycle to improve productivity testing and delivery
- Mentor and coach engineers on AI best practices modern engineering standards and high-quality software delivery
