Day to day
- Collaborating with people across the organisation to enhance and automate local business processes to provide the best end user experience possible.
- Responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.
- Share knowledge with other members of the team and where necessary coach and train members of the Business IT Services team.
