Who you are

  • 8+ years of program management experience with software engineering teams
  • Manage complex cross-company technical programs
  • Preferably in an agile environment for B2B/SaaS companies
  • Ability to understand and solve problems with senior engineers, engineering managers, product managers and senior stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Successfully driving 0-1 projects or programs across an organization
  • Comfortable with conflict and work collaboratively to solve competing priorities
  • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions
  • Manage stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • As a Technical Program Manager on the Strategy & Operations team, you will own and drive complex, large-scale technical programs that directly support Personio’s strategic vision and goals.
  • From efforts around product quality, to building new platforms, there is tons of opportunity to have a direct impact on the product and the business.
  • As the owner and force-multiplier on these initiatives, you will be responsible for driving clarity of purpose, bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces and supporting streamlined execution across Engineering and Product teams.
