Requirements
- Administer Tanium for endpoint management and security
- Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
- Perform troubleshooting, provide hardware and software solutions
- Maintain backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Collaborate for seamless system integration and security
- Implement automated deployment and configuration management systems
- Support and mentor technology associates
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Implement Corelight for network traffic analysis and threat detection
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing Windows Server environments
- Experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), ManageEngine, Tanium, or Intune
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Hands-on with VMware and Hyper-V
- Experience with cloud services like Azure and AWS
- Solid understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and security principles
- Experience with XDR tools
- Fundamental business operations understanding
