Who you are

• Administer Tanium for endpoint management and security
• Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
• Perform troubleshooting, provide hardware and software solutions
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
• Collaborate for seamless system integration and security
• Implement automated deployment and configuration management systems
• Support and mentor technology associates
• Document system configurations and procedures
• Implement Corelight for network traffic analysis and threat detection
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in managing Windows Server environments
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), ManageEngine, Tanium, or Intune
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Hands-on with VMware and Hyper-V
• Experience with cloud services like Azure and AWS
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and security principles
• Experience with XDR tools
• Fundamental business operations understanding
