Requirements
- Significant Lead or Staff level experience with at least 8 years commercial experience
- Experience leading test planning and quality strategy across features and releases
- Ability to work autonomously in an Agile squad with engineers product managers and stakeholders
- Practical experience defining and executing functional integration regression and end-to-end testing
- Experience developing automation testing frameworks for scalable software solutions
- Deep knowledge of Cypress Playwright Mocha and Chai
- Deep knowledge of Python and Pytest
- Strong version control knowledge such as Git
- Experience mentoring team members on testing and automation practices
- Practical experience with databases and cloud environments
- Experience creating test strategies for large-scale enterprise applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Professional proficiency in English

Day to day
- Lead testing activities across the software lifecycle and embed quality into every stage of delivery.
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks and suites using Python and Pytest for scalable solutions.
- Build and support front-end backend and API testing with tools such as Cypress Playwright and Chai.
- Perform functional non-functional performance and security testing while integrating quality into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with development teams client teams and technical leaders to improve delivery and mentor others.
