Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years in Learning & Development or Training
- Experience delivering self-paced instructor-led and blended learning
- Experience implementing AI Coaching programs
- Proficiency using AI for training design and development efficiency
- Advanced proficiency with eLearning software such as Vyond Camtasia or Articulate
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Teams Zoom SharePoint and LMS platforms
- Instructional design experience
- Ability to travel 30% including CT and NJ
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services preferred

Day to day
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs that support onboarding, upskilling, and service excellence across the organization
- Partner with leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to assess training needs and create targeted learning solutions for diverse audiences
- Prepare engaging training materials and deliver seminars workshops and coaching sessions while evaluating performance and improving learning outcomes
