Requirements

Experience in user research, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Ability to deeply understand user behaviors and needs
Proficiency in designing and conducting research studies
Ability to analyze and draw actionable insights from research data
Experience in line managing, advising, and mentoring others
Experience working with cross-functional teams to inform product design
Ability to represent the user perspective in the product development process
Passion for questioning, empathizing with users, and storytelling through data
Advocacy for an evidence-based culture in product development

Day to day

Play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs and behaviours to inform the design and development of our digital products and services
Provide the product teams with insights that inspire and validate the ways they can meet the current and emerging needs of their users
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, using a variety of methodologies such as remote and in-person interviews, usability testing and surveys
Draw clear conclusions and actionable insights from analysing qualitative and quantitative research findings
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise research questions to reinforce understanding of the problem space and user(s)
Triangulate data from research and other sources to glean insights and actionable recommendations for our product teams
