Day to day
- Lead the UX vision across NEC Health products and services
- Own and evolve a unified design system that improves consistency accessibility and visual language
- Work hands-on with product engineering clinicians and customers to shape intuitive healthcare experiences
- Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and co-design activities to solve complex user problems
- Coach stakeholders and teams in user-centred design accessibility and evidence-based design
