Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design HCI or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years UX and UI design experience with lead or senior-most ownership
  • Portfolio showing end-to-end work on complex workflow-heavy applications
  • Experience building a design system and component library from scratch
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA or later accessibility standards
  • Experience delivering responsive design across desktop tablet and mobile
  • Experience conducting user research and synthesizing personas journeys and design decisions
  • Experience facilitating workshops and design reviews with cross-functional and customer audiences
  • Ability to lead as an individual contributor across product engineering and QA
  • Experience with product analytics tools and behavioral data-informed design
  • Working fluency with AI tools for design and research tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with HTML CSS and component-based front-end frameworks

Day to day

  • Own the platform's user experience end to end and shape how the product looks feels and flows for multiple user groups.
  • Build a reusable design system style guide and interaction patterns that improve consistency accessibility and responsive behavior across the platform.
  • Lead research workshops prototyping and cross-functional collaboration to simplify complex workflows reduce friction and validate better solutions.
  • Use analytics feedback and technical partnership to refine experiences measure outcomes and align design decisions with engineering product and QA.
