Day to day
- Lead a pod of engineers building Canary's Voice AI product for hotel guest calls
- Own the architecture for real-time telephony and AI systems across booking modifications service requests and intelligent transfers
- Partner with Product to improve call containment latency transfer quality and cost per call while shipping reliable experiences at scale
- Mentor engineers break down work manage pod execution and help hire for the Voice AI team
