Requirements
- Extensive Workday HCM experience
- Experience with other Workday modules a plus (Benefits, Compensation, Time/Absence, etc)
- Workday certifications a plus
- Multi-country Human Resources experience
- Strong communications skills, experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative and supportive mindset
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to problem solve with minimal assistance
- Attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy
Day to day
- Act as the Workday SME for Human Resources across multiple countries, providing support and guidance to cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation
- Work with global stakeholders to understand system requirements and communicate requirements to the global Workday team
- Assist with analysis, design, and testing of Workday modules for global use
- Collect policies and practices from global teams for review and optimization
- Partner with global stakeholders to identify configuration gaps and remediation strategies
- Support on assessing impact of Workday R1 and R2 releases
- Assist with gathering data from business teams, transform data based on Workday requirements and conduct system audit after import
- Proactively recognize and communicate roadblocks in a timely manner
- Provide guidance to Business users and the HR support teams on how to resolve issues
