Requirements

  • Extensive Workday HCM experience
  • Experience with other Workday modules a plus (Benefits, Compensation, Time/Absence, etc)
  • Workday certifications a plus
  • Multi-country Human Resources experience
  • Strong communications skills, experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative and supportive mindset
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to problem solve with minimal assistance
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy

Day to day

  • Act as the Workday SME for Human Resources across multiple countries, providing support and guidance to cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation
  • Work with global stakeholders to understand system requirements and communicate requirements to the global Workday team
  • Assist with analysis, design, and testing of Workday modules for global use
  • Collect policies and practices from global teams for review and optimization
  • Partner with global stakeholders to identify configuration gaps and remediation strategies
  • Support on assessing impact of Workday R1 and R2 releases
  • Assist with gathering data from business teams, transform data based on Workday requirements and conduct system audit after import
  • Proactively recognize and communicate roadblocks in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance to Business users and the HR support teams on how to resolve issues
