- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Day to day
- Create engaging learning content across multiple formats including eLearning modules video learning workshops toolkits presentations and digital resources
- Work with subject matter experts to translate complex business and technical topics into clear practical learner focused materials
- Use modern learning technologies multimedia tools and AI enabled approaches to improve engagement accessibility and learning impact
- Manage learning libraries digital assets templates and design standards to keep content accurate consistent and easy to use
- Use learner feedback and analytics to refine content and improve effectiveness across the organisation
