Learning & Development Specialist

Day to day

• Implement and deliver people and leadership development programs to enhance skills and increase capability of team members and leaders to support business growth
• Collaborate closely with Country Prime and Functional Lead for Leadership Development in needs analysis design development implementation and evaluation of leadership development programs
• Effectively project manage deliver facilitate and implement global Learning and Development Team programs
• Drive high levels of participation in development programs by facilitating quality relevant and business-focused learning through various training methods
• Encourage intellectual and relevant dialogue through expert facilitation skills to enhance and accelerate the learning experience
