Day to day
- Design and develop e-learning courses self-paced modules interactive lessons videos quizzes assessments and certification content within an LMS
- Translate complex game and product information into clear learner-focused educational content for diverse audiences
- Write scripts learner guides facilitator materials job aids and reference documents while coordinating with subject matter experts to keep content accurate and current
- Build maintain and continuously improve scalable learning paths onboarding curricula and reusable content across publishers retailers judges and internal teams
