Requirements
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and technical training development
- Minimum of 2 years customer facing experience
- Strong time management communication interpersonal verbal listening problem-solving troubleshooting decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new products and develop and deliver training content
- Prior experience with Siemens EDA EBS products and solutions including Xpedition PADS HyperLynx or Valor NPI
- Ability to determine suitability of training materials based on learner skill level and learning style
- Ability to represent Siemens EDA well at client sites
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities

Day to day
- Deliver technical training in person online and through self-paced materials for printed circuit board design software.
- Develop update and maintain engaging training content including lectures hands-on labs and assessments.
- Work closely with account teams product support sales and colleagues to plan courses improve materials and drive customer adoption.
