- 5-7+ years in the training or learning field with proposal creation RFP responses and learning solution pitching for an eLearning content provider
- 5+ years of consulting and client-facing experience
- Curiosity and willingness to embrace AI and incorporate it into workflows
- Experience or orientation toward business development
- Ability to travel occasionally to visit clients onsite

Day to day
- Design consultative learning solutions that address client training challenges and align with SweetRush capabilities
- Lead scoping conversations and internal solution discussions to shape budgets project plans and recommendations
