Who you are

• Education in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
• Understanding of Machine Vision Industrial Scanning or relevant software solutions
• Proficient knowledge of English language
• Strong understanding of related software solutions including development and application in industrial settings
• Experience designing and developing technical training programs related to certifications
• Experience in adult learning principles and creating instructional materials
• Experience working with Program Managers Marketing Leads and Subject Matter Experts to align course materials with organizational goals
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and adhere to timelines
• Experience delivering training in various formats including Instructor-Led Training Online Learning and blended learning environments

What the job involves

• Responsible for the knowledge transfer for Machine Vision and Fixed Industrial Scanning products, including planning activities and establishing course objectives working with Subject Matter Experts
• Develop detailed instructional materials and lead global delivery of certification programs, require professional instructional design competencies
• Engage with Program Managers, Marketing Leads, and team members to design and maintain top quality courses, adapt various learning methods and delivery formats
