Requirements
- Education in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
- Understanding of Machine Vision Industrial Scanning or relevant software solutions
- Proficient knowledge of English language
- Strong understanding of related software solutions including development and application in industrial settings
- Experience designing and developing technical training programs related to certifications
- Experience in adult learning principles and creating instructional materials
- Experience working with Program Managers Marketing Leads and Subject Matter Experts to align course materials with organizational goals
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and adhere to timelines
- Experience delivering training in various formats including Instructor-Led Training Online Learning and blended learning environments
Nice to have
- Understanding sales methodologies
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools
- Understanding of technical and business aspects of solution sales
Day to day
- Responsible for the knowledge transfer for Machine Vision and Fixed Industrial Scanning products, including planning activities and establishing course objectives working with Subject Matter Experts
- Develop detailed instructional materials and lead global delivery of certification programs, require professional instructional design competencies
- Engage with Program Managers, Marketing Leads, and team members to design and maintain top quality courses, adapt various learning methods and delivery formats
