We help enterprise businesses manage compliance risk, enabling them to find and resolve regulatory compliance issues, across their entire digital and marketing presence.

Haast

Automate manual marketing compliance workflows with an AI operating system perfectly calibrated to your risk tolerance.

United States, Remote

Legal and compliance professionals are some of the best-placed people in the world to shape how AI gets deployed inside enterprises. This is that role.

Haast is one of the first enterprise-grade AI platforms built specifically for legal and compliance teams. We're looking for someone who has practiced law or worked deeply inside compliance, understands how these teams actually operate, and wants to use that knowledge to transform how global enterprises handle compliance forever.

This isn't a legal role. But the people who thrive in this position know legal and compliance work from the inside.

About Haast

We've transformed compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into an intelligent, automated workflow, cutting review times by 80% and boosting productivity 4x.

Think Canva for design. Atlassian for projects. Haast for compliance.

We sit where the hard problems live: Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Technology. We're building the system of action for compliance at scale, and the US is our largest opportunity globally.

Why This Role Exists

Compliance is a $50B global problem, and we are rewriting how it's solved.

When Haast lands inside a Tier-1 enterprise, someone needs to understand their legal workflows well enough to deconstruct them, identify the real friction, and architect the AI strategy that fixes it. That person needs to speak the language of General Counsels and CMOs, and know from experience where legal teams actually get stuck.
