Requirements

Day to day

  • Join the well-established Legal Department to focus on employment and corporate matters, supporting global expansion and maintaining regulatory compliance in collaboration with HR and Finance departments.
  • Manage incorporation of new subsidiaries worldwide, oversee compliance requests, annual filings, and intercompany agreements. Draft region-specific employment contracts and policies while maintaining existing templates.
  • Work closely with HR on international mobility efforts in a post-COVID world where travel and relocations are increasing.
