Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of experience in corporate/commercial law and/or employment law.
- Demonstrate business sense, judgment, interpersonal skills, and a team player mindset.
- Possess organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Day to day
- Join the well-established Legal Department to focus on employment and corporate matters, supporting global expansion and maintaining regulatory compliance in collaboration with HR and Finance departments.
- Manage incorporation of new subsidiaries worldwide, oversee compliance requests, annual filings, and intercompany agreements. Draft region-specific employment contracts and policies while maintaining existing templates.
- Work closely with HR on international mobility efforts in a post-COVID world where travel and relocations are increasing.
