Requirements
- Familiarity with Linux command line file editing searching manipulation and shell scripting
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL including tables views indexes queries data modification and performance optimization
- Experience with job automation tools such as Tidal Autosys or Control-M
- Strong communication skills with ability to document risks and action plans
- Methodical problem solving and incident management approach
- Ability to define operational procedures and runbooks
- Familiarity with release packaging and deployment tools such as Rundeck or Ansible
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
- Working knowledge of Python scripting
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Day to day
- Operate and enhance existing trading systems using modern technologies and data and software architectures.
- Interact directly with trading compliance risk and IT teams to support production environments and resolve issues.
- Implement pre-release and post-deployment verifications troubleshoot incidents and improve operational procedures and runbooks.
