Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
- Experience with class actions mass arbitrations or consumer protection preferred
- Experience in financial services healthcare privacy or regulated industries preferred
- Ability to own matters end-to-end including strategy drafting discovery motion practice argument and settlement
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI in legal practice
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced ambiguous early-stage environment
