Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- JD paralegal certification or substantial law coursework strongly preferred
- Direct experience in mass tort or class action litigation environments
- 5+ years managing complex mass tort and class action settlement programs
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables data sorting and filtering
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort engaging senior attorneys and firm leadership in client conversations
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort operating in a startup environment with shifting priorities
- Substantive legal background with direct exposure to mass tort or class action matters

Day to day
- Own litigation lens portfolios end-to-end from initial design through client deployment and production support.
- Partner with attorneys subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex mass tort and class action settlement programs.
- Serve as the primary litigation credibility layer for clients translating legal strategy into working product builds and resolving issues across lens platform and data domains.
