Requirements
- 2+ years of experience implementing IT Solutions
- CS foundation via training, certifications, or education
- Experience in Requirements Definition, Project Coordination, Production Support, User Acceptance Testing
- Experience with Low Code Development platforms like Salesforce, Pega, OutSystems, Appian, Power Apps
- Technical background with skills in creating Data Models, writing SQL queries, reading/writing XML files, scripting (Groovy or Python)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with new challenges
Day to day
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs
- Formulate and prototype IT solutions from high-level business requirements
- Configure IT systems to meet stakeholder needs and keep up to date with Low Code platform features
