Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Teams
- Hands-on experience developing Office Add-ins using JavaScript HTML and CSS
- Experience integrating custom APIs with Office Add-ins
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migration projects preferably Google Workspace to M365
- Strong troubleshooting communication and end-user support skills
Day to day
- Provide post-migration support for Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 transitions and quickly resolve end-user issues.
- Develop and configure Office Add-ins across Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and OneNote with a practical hands-on approach.
- Build custom API integrations and troubleshoot Exchange Online add-ins while supporting Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Teams environments.
