Requirements
- 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong L1/L2 troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Microsoft Entra ID and Windows 11
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application deployment
- Experience assisting users during and after Microsoft 365 migrations
- Knowledge of user provisioning authentication and access management
- Ability to troubleshoot desktop application and migration-related issues
- Genuine Microsoft 365 support experience in enterprise environments
- US citizenship required

Day to day
- Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft 365 users in a fast-paced enterprise migration environment
- Troubleshoot post-migration issues across SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Entra ID Outlook and Windows 11
- Assist with device provisioning application deployment Intune management and real-time migration support
